Learning The Ropes

I'm less than a month into my Rodan + Fields journey and I am thrilled with my progress.  I've gone from Independent Consultant to Executive Consultant.  I think the biggest contributor to my success is that everyone on the team wants each member to succeed.  I've worked in corporate environments where backstabbing and competition was the norm, so this experience has been quite a shock.  Obviously, everyone wants to make as many sales as possible.  However, the level of encouragement from people that I've only met through Rodan + Fields has surpassed anything I've ever expected.

I'm very limited to how much I am able to interact with the public since I am laid up waiting on my hip to heal, so the online presence of the R + F teams as been a major help.  There's always someone available if you have a question, if you are feeling discouraged or want to share a success.  The positive attitudes and enthusiasm are contagious.  I've never considered myself much of a sales person, so I've been amazed that I've been able to do this without feeling awkward.  I think the factor in this is that the products really work!  I use them, my daughter uses them, and my mother uses them.  Its easy to talk to people about something that you believe in because you have seen the results first hand.

I Think I'm In Love!

Please keep in mind that I'm a novice with Pic Collage, but I was so excited about my first treatment with the Rodan + Fields lip products that I had to make one.  As a natural born skeptic, I've seen many before and after pictures with "photoshop" running through my mind.  With this in mind, I decided to start my regimen with before and after pictures of my own.  When I saw the change after the first treatment, I couldn't resist making my own.  This is a 60 day regimen and I'm seeing results on day one! I would've never believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Because of this excitement, I wanted to share it with the world.  I can hardly wait until the 60 days are complete just to see how pretty my pout can be. :)
